Park Plaza Resort, Ascend Hotel Collection, Park City

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is quite convenient with easy access to transportation, and the rooms have a nice layout with a kitchen and good amenities. On the other hand, the noise levels were quite disruptive and made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The service wasn't ideal either, as my concerns weren't really addressed. Overall, it has potential but needs improvement in certain areas.
